After years dealing with constant injuries, I decided to adopt a more minimal approach to my training. I started training hard just 1-2 days per week, and taking it easy on the other days. I have been able to improve all of times and complete a 2:55 marathon while only running about 25 miles per week.
Prior to adopting a Paleo style diet I had constant stomach issues while running. Adopting a paleo style diet has completely changed my stomach issues around for the better. The improvements in my health have been dramatic and it has changed my thinking on health and wellness.
