    I am in the process of Ketosis myself, specifically for running ultras. I have seen traces of ketones for about 4 weeks now while reducing carbs for transition, but I made the big push and have been in ketosis for a week or so. I have a long way to go in understanding everything, including intelligently debating why I am actually on such a diet; people just don’t understand me. I have not read the book yet, but this is only due to lack of free time. Good Luck man!
